HOW CAN YOU HELP YOUR CHILD?

• Check and assist your child with homework.
• Look at books together. Learn to and listen to your read.
• Know your child’s teacher. Talk to your child’s teacher about his or her progress in school.
• Visit your child’s classroom; see himher at work.
• Encourage your child by praising him\her when he\she puts effort into work. Talk about what he\she is doing at school, and take an interest what he\she says.
• Turn off the televisions to allow your some quiet time to do homework, read and play games. Give your child as much of your time as you can.
• Volunteer some time at school and support school programmers
